Tees and other merchandise will be sent via USPS as soon as your order comes in.
New Surfboards & Editioned Bronze Artworks
New surfboards and our editioned bronze artworks are made to order in our shop. Please allow 8–9 weeks for production and shipping.
If you need your board sooner, or would simply like to stay in touch about your order, reach out via the Chat function or the form on our Contact page and a member of our small, human team will get back to you.
Used Boards
Used boards are shipped as soon as your order comes in. Packing and shipping is a flat rate:
- $100 within California
- $200 anywhere else in the US
International Shipping
International shipping is available — just let us know and we'll provide you with a quote. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes assessed by your country. These are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in our shipping quote. International transit times vary and depend on customs processing in the destination country.
Local Pickup
Local pickup in Costa Mesa, CA is also an option. Once your order is ready, we'll be in touch to arrange a pickup time.
Returns & Exchanges
Tees
Returns are accepted on tees within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. To start a return, reach out via the Chat function or the Contact page.
Surfboards & Editioned Bronze Artworks
Because each board and each bronze piece is made to order, surfboards and editioned artworks are final sale and cannot be returned. A used board you no longer want can always be resold back into the community as used. We're here to help.
For items that arrive damaged or with a manufacturing defect, see "Damaged or Defective Items" below. Outside of that, if you're unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please let us know.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your board, tee, or artwork arrives damaged in transit, or with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and the packaging. We'll work with you on a repair, replacement, or refund, and, where needed, help file a claim with the carrier.
Notes
Production timelines are estimates, not guarantees — handmade work and shipping carriers can both run long, especially during busy seasons. If you have questions about an order at any point, our Chat function and Contact page are the fastest way to reach us.
